Hahax so what a Annual Graduation Meeting day is today... So today is a long and exciting, interesting and nervous, heart-warming day... Yup so today Ahoysets' did their best and performed to their best, ya and I love the skit today, even though Ms Ong said she didn't understand a single bit. (Probably because she did not go for our sec 1 councilor interview bah!!)

Its a sad day as our Co-ordinators Agnes and Hisyam are stepping down, but I'm glad its pass on to Wai Chi and Zul... Hope they could love us as much as agnes and hisyam did!!

Ok and today is a very happy day, and I finally got my post....: Secretary!! Even though it will be tought but I guess I have a large shoe to fill to fit to Sazzad's standard bah... So need to do a new communication system, I still thinking where the problem lies that Caroline wants a new one, but I guess thats my first task bah...Hope to do it well!! Probably I did not meet any problems for this old communication system, thus I would like to know whether others have problems too...and indeed, they have. So a new system now, better get to work tomorrow if not Monday cannot finish...

Today woke at five-fifteen, so now I like a zombie, too restless and tired to type more... Oh ya but before that I would like to tell you bout' the phone I would like to buy at the end of year.

I made a pact with my parents that if I can get 6A1's in End-of-Year, I would be allowed to use my own money to buy a phone that I like BUT THEY WOULD PAY FOR MY PLAN!! thats worth more than anything to me!! I must work hard, throw my darts well and get Bullseye!!... 6A1!!!

The phone I now targeting is a touch phone from Sony Ericsson called Satio. Its the only 12.1 megapixel phone camera in the world, but it has not yet arrived in Singapore..two more months....

This is probably the colour I would chose bah...

Not sure I would chose red but I like that camera function... So I like addicted for it.. If you want to find out more go to Sony Ericsson website to see details... Actually I also hesitating about Aino from Sony Ericsson too...

So this is also a touch screen phone but it has buttons so I now in dilemma which to chose..

Hi back to blog after such a long time, this will be short, I can assure it. So today down with alot of things, making me like a fish out of water... Sore throat, Heavy Flu, slide headache the whole day now.I also begining to suspect myself with H1N1, HAHAX Just Kidding!.. And I just can't get over it, something very... Nevermind, I hope I will be fine to go to school tomorrow.

Exhausting Week...

Hahax.. Back again, and better than ever! This week I realized something very very very of utmost and tremendously extremely sadis-listically important! "Sleep" is very important!!!!!!!! Hahax you may laugh but I have experience of five days less than ten hours of sleep... Which is this week... Probably is the last minute homework bah, pulling me down 'till midnight is just a frequent visitor that sees me with my homework... Hahax but finally on friday, I sleept all twelve hours to the next day, thus midnight did not knock on my door, FINALLY!

Ok regarding the Swiss and Italy Travel post I guess i have not much time for it, thus next holiday bah... Sorry arh but the next few days in that travel that I didn't write, I would visit Rome, Milan, Venice and also visit a lot of branded goods stall along the way like Channel, LV, Prada, Valentino and so on and so forth. Its like a normal sight when you reach there.

So, yesterday the class went to watch movie "i don't know which" cause I didn't go, but hope they have fun!!

Today I'm so happy that I could have the chance to meet my primary school friends by coincidence!! I was on the way to Kopitiam outside west mall and I heard: "LOW JUN WEN!". I was stunned and was wondering why people pronounce Loo as Low...Hahax no offense... And I saw Jocelyn, one of my best friends in Lianhua. Then I continue to the kopitiam to eat, thereafter, I saw Xi Ping another Lianhua friend and as my mom is friend of her mother thus they chatted... After a few short minutes, they went for the 11am "change from breakfast to lunch" Macdonald meal.Went with the wind... Although these meetings were short, but I felt happy like a pill of enthusiasm down my throat.

So, I'm not going to say my whole day elaborated scheldule, so just wanna summarise it all up and say today was a "long but short" day... Long as I did a lot of waiting, short as in a blink of an eye, the day is coming to an end! Hahax you know what, my father always say when I could not finish homework till late night?!

"Eh 不要做 whole night hor!" or "又要作 OT har?!" or "你今晚不用睡了 lah!" Hahax.. thats all for today and lets end it with a few videos... some of my favourite songs...

Hahax its a brand new day today!! So today I will continue on my Switzerland trip day 3 to 4..

So if you missed the previous two days, then you would have to DIVE (Scroll down) deep down the page to search for it...cause it can't float... Hahax..Thats history so now is the start of new things..

Day Three:::::.... Staying in Switzerland, Interlaken. Taking the Jungfrau Railway up to the Jungfraujoch Mountainous region.

So today woke up very early and its been raining since early morning and I guess the ride up the mountain will be a wet and exciting one.... Cause Rain means-------> Snow!!
So without further a do, so we are now travelling up the mountain and having lunch there.. Its a very wonderful experience eating at about 3454m in height.. While the weather outside is Blizzard!! The snow is like lashing against the thick glass windows and filling up the outdoor stairs with waist-height snow, so sadly, we cannot go to the outdoor area of the Jungfraujoch region of the mountain... Pity... But at least we are safe!!

The view outside our window makes us look small... Especially the majestic mountains that rose around us..

After having lunch, we head down the mountain once again but on a different track, so the photos below will also be different... Whats good is that the snow gradually gets down to the foot of the mountains where our hotels were...

Ok as time passes fast while you're having fun, so after this whole day trip up and down the mountain, we went to have dinner and yup, its a very nice day and I simply enjoyed as I get to play snowball fight with my sister in mid-mountain...

Day Four:::::.... Leaving Interlaken and going to Lake Geneva in the Valais Region and then going to Zermatt, where we would take the cable car to see Matterhorn, Switzerland's iconic mountain.

So before we leave the Interlaken Region, I managed to take a few early morning shots of the snow that landed during dawn but ended as soon as the sun rose...sadly.. But other places along the road were thickly coated with a fresh coat of snow..

Ok as I said previously, it really started to snow next morning and it covered the streets with a thin coat of white... Which was very very beautiful. This was taken like five in the morning when I got out of the hotel to have a snap...

Ok this last picture is actually a dawn of a new day so next we took the coach and went to another part of Switzerland, in the Valais Region near Lake Geneva which I think if I did not heard wrongly, is also shared by France on the other far end of the lake.

So next we are visiting a castle, which is beside the Lake Geneva nice one.. You will see it for yourself. Very cold and also raining too.. By the way the castle below is called Chateau Chillon.

So as you can see this is the castle, once lavishing in the past, but ever since its robbed of all valuables, its just an empty shell now..

So now leaving Lake Geneva, we are heading once again to another mountainous region in the border of Italy and Switzerland to visit the car-less village of Zermatt and the nearby, famous icon for Toblerone, Matterhorn.

Bad news again... As there's huge snow in the place near Matterhorn, so we cannot board the cable car to the place.. Sadlt therefore we did not take any photos of it but it roughly looks like this..

So instead of going to Matterhorn, we stayed in Zermatt and thats where I bought my black pencil box that I used in school now. So after the stay in Zermatt, we took the train back to where the coach was left.. But then another bad news surfaced once again... The passing of border through a mountain to Italy was also suffered by the heavy snow, causing it to be closed for three days!! So we are stucked in Switzerland as our final destination before night fals is Italy. But after an hour or two, our tour guide organised a plan for us to reach Italy..

As , if we want to go to another gate to pass through to Italy, it would take us more than ten hours of distance. So the tour guide decided that we take the coach to the nearby train station and that we take the train to Italy, while the coach will take another gate which is ten hours away to get to Italy.

No choice, so we took some of our belongings that we would need for a night stay in our hotel in Italy and took it with us on the train ride to Italy, while the coach would take the rest of our luggage to Italy.

Next day the coach arrived in the afternoon and we retrieve our luggage and continue our tour in Italy!!

Route back to civilization... to take the train to Italy.

So this is our hotel in Italy, called The Regina Palace.

Regina Palace is a hotel in its 1ooth Aniversary on the day we stayed in this hotel. Its decoration is very oldern and royal. Facilites are also very good, even furniture in rooms are very oldern and like the traditional rich European houses. Exquisite..

Since its the holidays...

So Since its the start of June holidays now... For me its getting boring...

Last November holidays, I went on a trip to "you know where" on a plane taking me to "you know where" and so I decided to post pictures of the "you know place" you know... Hahax!!

Okok.. I went to Switzerland, Italy and Germany last holidays and all I can say is "FABULOUS"!!
Yup its all about the scenaries, the snow-capped mountains the hills, the streams the lakes and the friendly people. All this make my trip delightful but of course I feel something lacking in the fun, cause Theres no sort of like theme park or what.. Its just all see see see, snap snap snap, walk walk walk, But no play play play... But nevermind, I'm already contented with travelling to a far away country for holidays..

So when theres scenary, you would whip out your camera to snap a few photos... Ya that happens and we eventually took over 1600+ photos... I guess its quantity over quality.

So this whole travelling journey I will split in to a few post so at least there's something I can write about these few days.. Hope you won't get bored out.. Of course there will be photos but there will also be words.
PREPARE!!

START

Day one:::::.... Flew to Switzerland in SQ, reached there in dawn...

Temperature: 10-16'c

When we reach Zurich, Switzerland's financial hub, the coach came and took us to Schaffhausen to view the magnificent Rhinefalls. Its the largest waterfall in Europe!! Its freezing cold there cause I did not wore enough clothes...

So after Rhinefalls, we went straight from Switzerland to the Germany, Titisee where the mysterious looking Black Forest resides. And of course, we had lunch like the pork knuckle and lastly desert is.......... Of course......... BLACK FOREST CAKE!! Hahax... Its delicious just that it has alcohol content... Oh ya the pork knuckle, below..

This pork knuckle, deep-fried- is so very hard that we could hardly eat fast... By the way this is for four people..

Ok this is the original version of Black Forest Cake... They put a lot of cream compared to the one I made... Hahax but it was nice with the alcoholic-cherry and cake...

The shop of clocks. Almost all of the shops are nicely decorated with murals.. Artistic and attractive.

After lunch, we had some free time where we can walk around the area. Wow the scenary is sooo beautiful, fjords and valleys and a lake with a cloudy setting...Nice! Relaxing too.

So next we went Lucerne, Switzerland and had free night time walk in the splendid city after dinner.

Day two:::::.... Staying in Lucerne for the morning, then going to old town Berne, and then again going to reach Interlaken by evening.

A new day dawns and we are going for some sight-seeing in Lucerne of some historical sights. Lucerne this city is actually sitting on a foot of a mountain, which you will witness its beauty later..

This place looks ancient as all old buildings cannot be tear down as they are preserved

Look carefully in the middle you will see a very old bridge, very very old.. Its used daily in the past and also even in the present, it stays strong. Its called the Chapel Bridge.

Its weird to see the combination of modern and ancient walking at the same pace, existing in the same place.

This is a very famous watch and jewelry shop has outlets all over Europe, so of course, the price here is sky high...In Swiss money Franc. But its worth it.. By the way Rolex inside of Bucherer, also gives nicely designed spoons for travelling groups, which each person would get one. Different patterns in different places.

So end of the Long winded Lucerne, next is almost lunch time when we arrive at Bern a city separated by a lake. Its a very very ancient town and you know what, Einstein lived there for a period of time before moving to other place. It certainly has old beauty and if you know how to appreciate it, then you know it..

Next we went to Interlaken which is a mountainous region called the Jungfrau Region, whereas next morning we are going up the mountain Jungfraujoch... Its getting excitting tomorrow cause snows coming down!!! Hahax and of course its also very cold.... Freezing actually.. Ok then before I end, Its just some of the Interlaken pictures taken..

Ok for dinner we had fondues!! We had chocolate, cheese and meat fondue... I kinda dislike the cheese fondue as its too much alcoholic and it taste bitter.. At least chocolate's better.. Oh ya the meat fondue is just like our “火锅” hotpot, like we just cook the meat and eat it!! Just another way of expressing hot pot..Meat fondue...

And thanks for coming all the way here and I guess its farewell before I post the next seven days tour..

Black Forest Cake!! (Homemade)

Ok the title says it all, so I will not explain further. Yup you may guess what's the cake for?? Actually its just a goal I set for the activities done during this holiday. A tick off my cake list!! One more to go.. Hahax! (Don't think otherwise arh!!)Hehe...

(You can skip this part if you're not interested...)

Black Forest Cake

Ingredients:
8 Eggs
200g Icing Sugar
170g Plain Flour (Have to sift before mixing it)
1/2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
30g Chocolate/Cocoa Powder
200g Melt Butter

Decoration Filling:
Cream :Topping-Use ready to whip fresh milk
(Optional)
Dark Pitted Cherry/Blueberry(Blueberry is tastier)
Chocolate shavings or Chocolate Rice etc.
Nuts-Sliced Almond or walnut

Method:

(Using Mixer--> M)
(Using Hand (Mixer Spoon or Egg Beater)--> H)

(M) Step 1-- Whisk the egg and sugar till creamy white.
(M) Step 2-- Pour in sifted flour, baking powder and chocolate/cocoa powder.
(H) Step 3--Pour in melt butter and stir well.
Step 4--Pour into round baking tin and bake in oven at160'c. (Bake till toothpick comes out dry when pricked in to cake.)

Method for Decoration:

Step 1--Cut the cake into two layers and whisk the topping till stiff. (Stiff means Firm but not watery)
Step2--Spread the topping at the first layer and place pitted blueberry in the center of cake. (Or any where else where you like.)
Step3-- Cream the topping all over the cake and decorate with chocolate shavings, almond and blueberries to your own pleasure.

End.

Oh ya I frequently use the one on the left. I recommend to use a standard 8" by 8" baking tin.

Melted butter hand mixed with the mixture.

Put Greaseproof paper around the round tin so that easier to take out when baked.

Lastly, put in oven at 160'c. then ...

NACLi Camp!!

Hi yay blog!! Long time no typed on you... Ok Ok... NACLi just over yesterday and all I can say is that its soooo fun and relaxing... Better than most of the camps I've been. I guess all the AhoySets' and X-Factors' that have been there will surely agree..Hahax.

We played alot of games; confidence building skip, High Five games to earn points to make catapult, and so on. I felt that it would be great that if the SLC Camp could be like that, then more people would feel more anticipating when it comes to the day of SLC. No matter what, its very fun, the Talent Night is also very hilarious and awesome as everyone ; Jurong and Cresent Girls, put up a very goood show... It was kinda funny in one of the Cresent Girl's skit when they

say :"Coffee, Tea or me?".. Hahax thats creative.. Oh ya then the "Babarada-labarada-DingDong" singing was also great, although ear-splitting at first!! hahax (I got to say thats a very long name, I think i spelt it wrongly).

Our skit was also very exciting and the dance by the Sparta and Fruit Warrior was great..hahax Indian style.!!

Sorry arh no photos taken but I think the AhoySet blog would have it, especially the 300++ photos taken by AgnesT.. And after this camp, all I can say is "She love to write!!" Cause almost everything that our group presented are written by her ,thought by the rest of us..

Next, the food... Oh its very nice almost every day every meal. At first I thought that the NACLi camp is quite new, but later then I knew that it was build in 1964 and if I'm not wrong the first chairman of it was Lee Kuan Yee.(should be spelt correctly..)

Something I hope won't really happen is what Jia Jun Said to me and beng koon, ding feng and wei jun during the free time..

Cause he say that his batch some of the people got separated after the NACLi Camp as they start not going to meeting and so on thus in the end got separated.

Is it really because of NACLi that a batch would get dispersed.. Hope not Cause AhoySet is a very United Batch!! Everyone must not leave this group!!

Oh ya oh ok.. Next week going to play badmainton at Leonard's house with Shi Ying, Pearlyn and Ric(Not Sure) so who want to join just tag me.. Thanks!!

Tomorrow going to Malaysia to have Durian Feast with my Auntie and some other family members, hope it would be a Durian-licious Day!! Hahax Night..

So hows your exams going on these days?! For me is that I think my chinese paper 2 will only get quite low marks... cause got one 6 marks question not finished!! But just like what Ric says, don't think about it after its done, so I won't be bothered by it for now...

School today ends early, soo.. its good! Have more time to revise and play...

Back to blog from the rest of revision for maths test tomorrow!!... I real tired now.. And i can almost guess the results I would get tomorrow cause a lot of questions in the algebra booklet...i don't know how to do!!

I don't expect much but at least a b3...

Mid-Year's coming and this time I must fight for my results!! I've to at least.. If not the black horses in my class is going to bring me down...

Sooooo.. Ya,,, so guess what movie I watched? Probably you've watched it and found it a great show.... I guess the picture says it all:

Thats right its 17 Again!!
This movie is so nice to watch and hilarious too...
It started depicting Zac Efron as a very famous basket ball player in high school but while he's in a match, he heard that his girlfriend is pregnant... That changed his life as he left the match halfway and when for his girlfriend..

The rest is more interesting when he is granted a wish i think at forty something age to be 17 Again!! Its interesting how he protects his children in high school... I recommend this movie a
lot!!

Putting that aside, so just summited my bio video to Mrs Ng so I though that I would like to share it to everyone reading this blog!! Enjoy!!

Today had a very exciting debating session with five of my other friends about Edison's sex photo scandal... I'm sure everyone knows all about it but when it comes to debating whether he is wrong or not does not seems to be as easy as it seems...

Of course there are some natural talents in this class that could do it well but for me, its a mount everest!! But I will challenge it! This year I feel like I'm equipped with a new coat of determination! Never before had I had this type of fighting spirit in anything I do!!

Be it Mount Everest or just an ice-cream, I will surely make it to the top!! Muahahahaha!! Hahax..
Feels like Mojojojo...

This debate certainly make me feel very excited and the urge to speak up more... But its just so fun!!

Of course it will only be fun if tremendous hard work is put into doing all the research for it.( Because more to say... More to fight back for whats right!!) Probably the research i did was not sufficient... 再接再厉吧！！

National PushCart Competition

What an eventful day this is... Just that its so far away......

Ok ok, today I went to Toa Payoh HDB Hub for the National PushCart Competition... You may be wondering why I am participating in this competition but the answer is,...., Its not me!!

Enough of selling coffins, today I went there to visit my sister's school PushCart which they participated in this competition... their pushcarts were nice and they were meant to sell things using their pushcart as an attraction for people to come...

Instead of only looking at my sister introducing those goods to the "Interested" people... I decided to help out too!! I went around to introducing people to come to the stall but I stopped when I see pink of health coming... My sister's teacher... Maybe I shouldn't interfere with my sister's pushcart business, cause when the teacher approach I avoided and went to look around other stalls...

One glance I looked around, I sighed..(Hai !) No Jurong's Pushcart... But instead of a pushcart, I saw a human from our school... You Know... The lam one... Ya ha its Mr Lam... But I am not interested at him, then I went with the wind...

Oh ya by the way, my sister's pushcart name is; Gift Empire to suit with the christmas theme...

They made the name very nicely...

And of course when there's pushcarts, there's people!!

A pity that my sister's pushcart is behind the stage, but its better cause its at the entrance of the bus interchange...

This is not a very long post just wanna tell my readers that today I will be flying to a cold place... No food, No water, No air... ... No lah!! Its Switzerland that I will be going today... Flight is at tomorrow morning 1.00a.m+ not sure of the time...

Hope to have fun there and I regret not going to school today, cause Media Club is teaching the new PA system in the hall... But I did not check my handphone... All because of me... HAI!! It would be better if they call rather than sms cause I don't often look at it... I will be more alert next time and I think you can't call me till 29 of november cause I will be away!! Be happy!!

MY FIRST POST

Guess its not the first time I'm blogging now, but... its the first time I'm blogging in my own blog... Hahax!! When it comes to blogging, hai, devastating for me...

Firstly, I may not update frequently nowadays, thats the reason for my blog address...

Secondly, I don't like to chose blogskins cause its very troublesome, this cannot that also cannot, eat ice-cream also cannot cool down my anger... So I may always stick to the same blogskin for quite some time...

And lastly, ya, my post may be boring so I will not be able to entertain rather than me being entertain by you...

Enough of that... Let me see... Erm... 7... No 6 more days to go and I will be sitting on a large metal bird towards Germany... Excited till I need to countdown for it... Hahax... But do you think its cheap... Hahaha... I can tell you loudly; ITS NOT!!

Total booking of tour (Four adults): $ 15000 ++ (Exclusive of tax)

Airport Tax (One person): $400-$500

WHAT??????

On top of that we still have to pay for those meals that is not included in the itinerary... Example one plate of Fried Rice is almost $30 Franc!!!... I don't even want to calculate...

Hotels; the tour guide at the briefing said that it is three to four star and things in your room may be centuries old antiques!! (Especially in Switzerland) And in Italy, hotels are build using the structure of old buildings, nothing is new to now, ya so maybe you would expect "something Floating" around your corridor or room...eeeppp!!

Don't freak out, have a break, have a kit-kat...

But besides that, its just the beautiful scenary and yourself standing on the cliff of the mountain, doing whatsoever... Phototaking of course!!

Europe trips will end at probably 29 of November, its a twelve-day trip, hope to have fun there...
